Adele breaks Domain Stadium sales record

The West Australian Football Commission (WAFC) is excited to announce that Adele has become the fastest and highest selling individual artist ever for a concert at Domain Stadium.

A seamless on sale date saw 55,000 tickets snapped up on Monday, November 21 ahead of Adele’s first ever Australian tour.

WAFC Chief Executive Gavin Taylor said Domain Stadium was thrilled to be the first stop of Adele’s national tour on Tuesday 28 February, 2017.

“We are looking forward to a great event and the exciting opportunity for West Australians to be the first in Australia to see Adele live on tour.

“I would like to thank key WAFC partners Live Nation and Ticketmaster for bringing this event to Domain Stadium and ensuring a smooth and highly successful ticket sale,” he said.

The event is expected to be an attendance record for Domain Stadium – very limited tickets remain available for purchase.

Domain Stadium also reminds fans that they should only purchase tickets through its primary ticketing partner – Ticketmaster.

Venue management has worked with the promoter to establish a number of measures to limit the extent of ticket reselling.

These include a strict limit of 4 tickets per household on this event. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Ticketmaster will also be actively monitoring the list of purchasers looking for multiple orders. Multiple orders will be cancelled.

Ticket printing is also suppressed until a month out of from each specific concert.
